Donald B.Phelps is an amazingly talented, methodical, and intelligent lawyer. I think he really went above and beyond for my case and handled it exceptionally well. I appreciate the work he has done and I believe those who have the opportunity to hire him would appreciate his legal services as well. If you're looking for someone who's highly capable of achieving the outcome you wish to achieve then I highly recommend Donald B. Phelps.
Overpriced for the limited service provided. My partner used this firm for a divorce and the service provided did not even come close to matching the expense. The papers were rejected by the court for spelling and omission errors and he has to do them over again. They did not do their job properly!
