Ordered school photos on time. Never came. Must have been some error with the website and they didnt process payment. Kids never got the sibling photo done which i was disapointed as i had ordered for them to get it. Was able to reorder other photos but company could not waiver extra late fee or offer an apology for the difficult process.
Appalling! Call now answer, replies to emails eventually. When I asked for genuine help placing a late order for my 2 sons they refused to assist. 1 star rating is generous
Terrible photos provided,and even worse customer service So disappointed.
Terrible customer service with no accountability at all. My school had to intervene to get the photos from these guys. They did not provide a solution, just delayed the problem, and it took a month after we escalated this issue to our school. No attention to detail - they weren't even able to spell my wife's name correctly. This is the reason why I rate this business 1 out of 10. Do yourself a favor, do your own due diligence and check other reviews on Google Reviews and other websites.
I am very disappointed by this company and its employee's. I came to this company with feedback as many children came up to me upset that their faces were covered in the silly photos and I wanted to let them know and give feedback. The photographer and the receptionist were extremely rude. They also do not give family discounts which is disappointing.
