Very disappointed! Too busy to have a 5 minute conversation. This is year 4 and each year the service is less and less.
My wife and I have had a good experience with Anthis, Thomson and Roddy and we have used them for several years and plan on continuing using them. They explain things and walk you through things that you might not know. I recommend using them. Thanks to all, you make tax season not so terrible.
