Tim is great and has helped us a lot over the years with our personal and business taxes. We love that we can speak with Tim over the phone directly and have personalized conversations with him. Called their office to see what services they have to offer and establish client base. Was informed right away they are not interested. Which is fine but the rep who answered called was extremely unprofessional. Did not introduce her self. Answered the phone with a “yes?” And after i introduced myself after a long awekward silence said she can take my inform but they are not interested.
