I haven’t had a worst experience in my entire life. I had a meeting with Tim in which I was told my taxes would be filed within a week. By the time three weeks came around I called to confirm if they had completed it as I didn’t receive any invoices or confirmations. I was told they never started. Joy the front desk representative stated she moved my case up as priority and sent it to Tim.
