Wouldn't recommend. Had an absolutely horrible experience anyway, but when I discovered he missed claiming our daughter as a dependent, he minimized it by saying that “it’s only $500” and then charged us another $80 to fix it. He was incapable of taking ownership of the oversight, and blamed us for the error (TurboTax asks about dependents!). I went back to TurboTax with a lot more confidence. Adding that his front desk gal, Jane, is a sweetheart and great to work with. Just know that the warmth stops there.
