Absolutely unacceptable. I waited over a YEAR for Don Quixote to install my custom door, with around 10 no-shows along the way. When the door was finally installed, it worked for ONE WEEK. Now it’s been another 3 months waiting for them to fix it. The owner, Omar, promises the world but, in my experience, doesn’t deliver. I’ve given them more than enough time and opportunities to make this right. I would not recommend Don Quixote based on my experience.
