I called two different phone numbers to ask if I needed an appointment before going for a simple drug test and had to leave a voice message. I never a response. So much for communication. I was in the waiting room for two hours before being called in. The clinician there told me if I wasn't happy with the wait to go somewhere else that they have more important patients and clients than those that need drug tests - drug tests are not important.
