I ordered Daytona Bike week picture from March 2026. I spent $63 on one 8x10. I totally forgot I ordered this as it was so long ago and never received the picture. I called a few times and left Vmails with no response. I emailed him with the confirmation of the order number and showed it as paid with no response. I sent a Facebook message with a screenshot of the confirmation with no response. He's usually at Laconia for Bike week this year and I'll be making sure I order from the other company that attends instead.

I ordered two 4x6 prints from the A1A loop in Daytona. It took forever to get them. For $19.99 each I really expected a better quality print. I'm really disappointed. I understand we are moving but we have had other pictures in previous years taken (by other photographers) at Daytona and they were so much more crisper, were way closer to the actual color of our bike and way cheaper. I have purchased a photo taken during Bike Week 2026. I have still not received my photo and he is completely unresponsive to emails. I tried to call the number listed but cannot ever get through. My complaint is very similar to others that have posted previously. Zero customer service. Posts pictures immediately on his website, then ghosting after receipt of confirmed orders. I better get my paid-for photos soon or I will be forced to take some other measures. Caveat Emptor.

Took about two weeks after purchase to receive my picture. A bit pricey but i love the pic of me and my wife in a natural riding pose with beautiful scenery in the back. Thanks Don!

As someone who has worked with numerous professional photographers, including ones who have won national awards, Don is mediocre at best. I suspect he got turned down to work at walmart's photo studio for not being qualified enough. . .so he decided to go out and start his own "business". Literally just give your drunk uncle a disposable camera; he would do a better job than this "professional" photographer - and you can see by the other numerous reviews that I am not the only one who feels this way. Stay away at all costs
