Back in December I fell and fractured several vertebrae. I suffered from extreme anxiety which held me back due to my fear of falling. after just a couple of session I was able to redirect my fear and anxiety and to a great degree and Change my focus to walking. I went from walking 14 feet to 140 feet. my confidence is better and my outlook much more positive. I began this program. with only slim hope. of going home, now. I will get to go home about 3 weeks.in Thanks Don for helping to make this possible.
