I have not been to Don's shop. I have watched his videos. Don is a master of leather. I would be honored to have a tenth of his talent. Don is incredible. Don inspires me on my leather craft do elevate my skill level. Thank you Don
Needed a piece of saddle leather to stiffen the bottom of my wife's new purse. Called Don and explained; he said he'd find something appropriate in his scrap pile. I dropped by with my cardboard pattern, and introduced myself. Don stopped work on a saddle he was making; found a piece of leather, cut it to fit my pattern, handed the leather to me and told me there would be no charge. What a nice guy! Don is relocating his saddlery to Wheelock. Should I decide to have my old Leddy roper restored, that's where I'll be headed.
