Don was amazing! I had the worst experience with TD mortgage agents. Yes multiple cuz they were incapable of walking me through all the needs and responding/actioning in a timely manner. It got down to the wire where I needed my mortgage approval for purchase and I wasn’t confident TD would produce the documents and approval needed on time for me to seal the deal for my purchase.
