I would rate Don Aslett's products a 20 if I could. However, the last box that I received was poorly packed and jammed into a very small box. When it arrived the box was in shambles, with part of the top ripped open. There was a hole on one side of the box. Nothing was packed but jammed into this box. It was so heavy I couldn't pick it up. After taking most of the bottles out of the broken box the bottom fell out and the remaining products rolled across my porch floor.
