We had a very positive experience in-store and throughout the purchase process. Kay was very pleasant, knowledgeable and provided sensible advice on colours and different fabrics available. Kay was also very patient with the multiple queries on availability and delivery. Our large Togo has just been delivered and we look forward to future purchases.
I was looking for a new Togo sofa and visited this premium priced store with a below average service. There was one shop assistant sitting behind the counter and talking on the phone to his friend, completely ignoring customers. Going to take my 10k elsewhere. Customer service needs to improve.
Years ago we bought few items from Domo,, it was always a pleasure to visit the store for the great variety of furniture and home decorations, nowadays, so much has changed.... The lack of customer service, keep me away from the store.
