Nia is so much fun! Dominique is amazing at instructing the class. She makes it possible to follow the choreography without feeling overwhelmed. I loved the music and it was a very welcoming group in the class! Highly recommend trying it!
I love NIA! It combines the mindfulness of yoga with a great cardio workout AND great music! NIA with Dominique is a sweaty & joyful experience! She is a fantastic and caring teacher.
