The day I called a lady answered the phone “hello”. I had to ask if this was a business. Today I went in for the first time and the young lady at the desk simply said “Do you have an appt?” No “Welcome to Dominion Medspa”or “ Hi, how can I help you?” Something along those lines. Poor, very poor effort. The nurse that applied the Botox seemed qualified and probably is but left me with swelling and bruising I have never experienced previously anywhere else.
