This is our second time working w Sheryl. As a business owner it was hard to get a mortgage. But Sheryl was able to get it done for us 3 years ago with a non-traditional lender. We just renewed and she was able to get us a mortgage with a regular bank this time at a competitive rate. She is very responsive and works hard to find a solution.
