rude service in the rrsp investment division. newer much more stringent identification methods used understandably however they are implemented dogmatically . when asking bank related questions about my investments, security protocol, I was yelled at, and answered to , " because I am " !! then I was asked as to why I was asking questions as an answer to my questions??
