Terrible care and service. Firstly, made appointment for contacts exam and found out after the exam that they only did a glasses fitting. Secondly, the optician told me that she could not give me a PD measurement because "that measurement varies with each pair of frames". No. That is a flat out LIE. PD is your pupillary distance and does has nothing to do with your glasses. Additionally I feel that the exam was perfunctory and possibly inaccurate. I have waited 2 years for insurance to pay for an eye exam and now I am not co... read more
