Excellent service from Douglas at Dominion Business Machines! Our cartridge started leaking after we changed it, and I urgently needed everything working by tomorrow at 1 PM. Douglas took the time to explain the issue, brought a replacement cartridge at a very good price, came quickly, installed it, and got everything ready to print perfectly again. Very professional, helpful, and reliable service. Highly recommended!

My mother just had her 45-year-old IBM Selectric typewriter repaired by Dominion Business Machines. Doug was so friendly when she called to inquire about the repair. Doug came out to pick up the typewriter on a Thursday and brought it back the following Tuesday, totally cleaned and repaired. It's now as good as new. Such efficient and friendly service, my mother can't praise the company enough. We will definitely use them again if needed.
I don't normally do reviews but Doug deserves a thumbs 👍 up. My Samsung printer had a paper jam so I contacted Dominion business for a quote. What I got was a gentleman with a wealth of knowledge and someone who gave an honest opinion. This is a rarity in today's world. I am not very tech savvy but Doug was honest and upfront with an opinion. He had NO pressure tactics and gave me good advice.. Thanks Doug, happy sailing. If you ever venture towards the airport Lunch is on me.
