Worst experience ever, booked an appointment with them showed up and waited 1 hour and a half before someone seen me. Wasn't at all busy. Then the guy filing my taxes not only claimed less then other tax services (missed about $600) but wanted 100 before he went through h and filed them. I asked you don't take it out of the tax refund to which he said no and never done that. I've never had to pay money before getting my return and it not come out of my taxes.
Booked an appointment for 12 noon. They did my taxes last year also. Got in with office around 12:15 with person who was going to do our taxes. He started doing our taxes, I had carefully fully prepared all documents so that would be easy. I am a trucker so had meal expenses to claim and he seemed unsure how to record.
