I was going to a meeting on May 13, and because my car wasn’t working, it was necessary to call a cab. I call before or around 9:30 am, and I kept calling back because the response “the cab will be there in 5 mins” kept turning into 10 minutes. I ended up reaching the meeting about 20 minutes later. The operators needs to be honest because that’s poor service.
