Everything was pre-arranged with great detail including a WhatsApp number which was very quickly answered. Their responsiveness was impressive and the service was exceptional. It certainly beat having to wait hours after an exhausting flight for others to fill the empty transfer bus seats. This one was just us. They were waiting for us and the driver was even early. DAT is an excellent transportation business. Very professional and great communicators with team and drivers. We needed transportation towards the Miches area and they were always on time and in communication with us. Definitely will be using them for our next visit to Punta Cana.
A couple friends and I booked DAT for our private transportation to/from the airport to the Breathless All Inclusive Resort. Our trip was from May 14th-17th. We were very pleased with DAT. The cost was much lower than our resort transport option. It was very easy to schedule the rides. Everything was laid out clearly on their website. They were very well organized. They came on time and got us where we needed to go in a van all to ourselves, both ways. The drivers were courteous and professional, especially Alberto, who was very kind and friendly. We highly recommend them.
Dominican Airport Transfers is absolutely worth it. Our driver was waiting just outside the airport holding a sign with our name, quickly took our bags, and got us to the resort in no time. They were punctual for both arrival and departure, actually early for pickup at the hotel, but still gave us time to relax and even grab a quick breakfast before leaving.
