We had a fantastic experience with DAT Airport Shuttle in Punta Cana! From the moment we booked, their team provided excellent communication leading up to our travel dates, which made everything feel very organized and stress-free. Would recommend this car service! Really easy booking process and DAT provided super clear instructions on finding our driver at the airport. Our drivers were helpful, friendly, and professional. When we had to change our pickup time the team was responsive on Whatsapp and helped us figure out how to do it online. Note that any changes need to be made 48 hours in advance (same day pick-up changes are not allowed).
We had a great experience with Dominican Airport Transfers for both transfers — from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport. Everything was perfectly organized both times. DAT is an excellent transportation business. Very professional and great communicators with team and drivers. We needed transportation towards the Miches area and they were always on time and in communication with us. Definitely will be using them for our next visit to Punta Cana.
Overall our experience was great. The drive from the airport to the resort was a bit eventful but made it to the hotel. Plane landed early: however, took forever to get through customs. I was able to communicate with DAT through WhatsApp to keep them updated. Responded pretty fast. Ended up having to wait only about 8 minutes or so after customs for another driver. The ride back to the airport was smooth/no issues. Will definitely use again.
