A++ service! This was my first time traveling to the Dominican Republic and I was attempting to book transport with the hotel we were staying at; however, they were extremely slow to respond. In fact, they didn't respond until after I had to call (and be on hold for over 20 minutes) and even then, they only sent information on booking transport an entire 24 hours after I called. Airport transfer was smooth with little wait time, on time pick up at resort for return. Clean and comfortable vans for our party of 10. Drivers were friendly, rates were lower than many “recommended” companies. Would highly recommend!

I looked up "most reliable transfer services" and came across DAT while looking. They definitely were very reliable and it was such an easy process! I set up our transfer to and from the airport in advance and didn't have to worry about it at all before or during the trip. Customer service was excellent and most importantly i felt SAFE. Great organization. Starting from the web page - well organized, when you input the flight number, they automatically know the time and location. It was easy for me to find the person with DAT sign. Wait was short - about 5 minutes before our car arrived. I booked round trip. The driver was on time to pick us up. The check-out was slow. He waited about 8 minutes for us and drove us to airport, always with a smile on his face. Drivers in both rides were polite, professional, and drove safely. DAT is OUTSTANDING, they send out confirmation emails for arrival & departures with times based on your flight info! First on arrival to PC, they were really easy to find at the airport. They were affordable, they were reliable, the private ride (in a transport van) was clean, our driver was very pleasant, had ice cold water and a very safe driver.
