Overall our experience was great. The drive from the airport to the resort was a bit eventful but made it to the hotel. Plane landed early: however, took forever to get through customs. I was able to communicate with DAT through WhatsApp to keep them updated. Responded pretty fast. Ended up having to wait only about 8 minutes or so after customs for another driver. The ride back to the airport was smooth/no issues. Will definitely use again.
DAT was waiting for us when our plane arrived from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The driver was extremely helpful, courteous and offered us refreshing ice cold water. We were a party of six and the transportation was new and clean. A few had mobility issues and he was very accommodating. We had a great experience with Dominican Airport Transfers for both transfers — from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport. Everything was perfectly organized both times. Excellent service and reasonable price.. Good we booked in advanced otherwise its a bit hassle to find reliable service. Not hard to find them at airport and they always in contact with you about the updates. We use them both ways arriving and leaving . Highly recommend. Vans are in good conditions too.
We used DAT for a return airport transfer in Punta Cana and couldn’t fault the service. The VIP arrival experience was excellent — we were met straight off the plane, escorted to a comfortable lounge with wine and snacks while passport control and baggage collection were handled for us.
