Reliable airport transportation company in the Dominican Republic. Easy to book, confirmation sent immediately after booking, reminder emails prior to the service, and overall great customer service. Easy to locate at the airport, the drivers are great, and the vehicles are air conditioned. Drivers offered cold water, were eager to share about the local culture, things to do, and pointed out sights along the way. Definitely recommend this transportation service if you’re visiting Punta Cana!!
Just returned from my first visit to the Dominican Republic, and the transportation to and from my resort was incredibly smooth! It was easy to find the DAT staff—they were friendly, accommodating, and communicative. There was little to no wait after we landed, and they even offered us bottled water once we got in the vehicle. Great! It was a little hectic at the airport and harder to find DAT, but we eventually found them with the other signs. The driver from the airport to the hotel didn't know English as much, so that car ride felt longer. The experience from hotel to hotel and hotel to airport was much better. Both of those drivers were early and ready to go. They were super nice, conversed with us, and told us more about Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic. We enjoyed those rides. I looked up "most reliable transfer services" and came across DAT while looking. They definitely were very reliable and it was such an easy process! I set up our transfer to and from the airport in advance and didn't have to worry about it at all before or during the trip. Customer service was excellent and most importantly i felt SAFE.
