The pick up was excellent. The company sends you text a few days before to confirm your pick up so I didn’t have to worry about it. Manuel was on time and he had my name visible so I can see him quickly. He arrived early, the van was modern, clean with AC and He drives very safe and is very nice. He’s very knowledgeable on tourism and gave us great advice for our next trip. Book with DAT. They are legit, responsible and professional
Good service. Driver was waiting for us at the PUJ airport for some time due to delay with our luggage (service was super slow) so he had to wait around 45mins or so. No problems at all. No small talk (which I like) nice air-conditioned vehicle, driver offered water that we politely refused. Our experience was outstanding from easy booking to locating a representative at the airport. The driver arrived within minutes of checking in. We were greeted by our driver Marcus and he helped with our luggage and an ice cold water bottle! He was extremely friendly and gave us tip for what to see, he was phenomenal. At departure from our resort we were blessed to have Marcus once more and he arrived 15 minutes early which we appreciate very much. Hands down DAT was by far outstanding would totally recommend their service.
Our driver was excellent! He was punctual, friendly, and made the journey smooth and comfortable. He navigated efficiently and made us feel safe throughout the trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Very reliable, on time. The drivers are nice. The van is clean and private, just the two of us. Me and my husband. Will definitely use DAT again on our next Punta Cana trip!
