I had high hopes, especially after a three-hour session, but I didn’t notice any positive changes. Of course, everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine, I wouldn’t go back. He told me in email: "Remember you are to be the receiver and embodiment of the feminine ideal". What is has to be with public speaking, I really don't know.
