Domidocs is the best in the business with respect to alerting homeowners regarding potential homeownership issues. I have subscribed to their service for several years. During this time they have consistently given me superb service.

Extremely deceptive advertising. Does not lock your title at all. Only notifies of changes which you can do yourself. In fact, they don't even monitor changes in my county at all, so I was paying for absolutely nothing. Waste of my time and money. Do not recommend.
