Zach came out to repair my brand new electric bike, and he had to come out twice to diagnose the issue. Even though the bike turned out to be a lemon with underlying factory defects, he put significant time and effort into trying to get it running. He went far beyond reasonable expectations to help, demonstrating incredible integrity, kindness, and customer-first service. Found Zach online, and thanks to the reviews, I was able to get him to come out. He was super responsive. I texted his number, and within a day we had something scheduled. He was on time, worked with my work schedule, and honestly, the service was phenomenal. He went above and beyond, and I just could not recommend them enough. If you're in the Broomfield area or the Westminster area, he's your guy. He adjusted two e-bike brakes, and he also helped with the shifting and made sure they were nice and quiet.
I've loved living here so much! Savannah in the leasing office and the maintenance team have been so nice and helpful during my tenancy! The only reason I'm leaving is because I bought a home, otherwise I would stay! The community is always clean and looking good, any issues I had with my apartment were addressed and taken care of promptly, and the variety of floorplans is really nice! Gabi in the leasing office at the Retreat is absolute gold! She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and has excellent customer service skills. Finding the right apartment can be overwhelming, but she helped find the perfect place for a loved one with complete ease. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
Had Zach come out to service my bike and couldn't be happier. He was quick, thorough, and walked me through everything he did. As he just finished, I haven't had a chance to ride it yet, but the work looks great and the pricing was excellent. The whole mobile setup is so convenient too. He's a super nice guy and I'll definitely use Domestique again. Thanks!
