FORGET IT!!! These people have great hour but HORRIBLE STAFF!! They dont know whatthey are doing half the time. I went to close my account, they apparently closed it.. but come to find out, they NEVER DID!!! I accrued service charges AFTER my account should have been closed andthey required ME to pay!!
I'm tired of all the mistakes that Domestic Bank tellers make I opened a few accounts with Domestic and I am sorry that I did. You have to watch them. If you don't trust someone with your money you have to take it and move it somewhere else. They advertise great interest rates however, they don't apply them and then when you ask them again they say you will be receiving it. I recently renewed a cd for 3.75 apr however, today I notice I am only receiving 1%. I have the hard copy so tomorrow I will go to the branch and close o... read more
