We bought a five hundred dollars worth voucher for this place but now it's apparently not operating anymore. However, what are we supposed to do now? My gift voucher is essentially useless and there is no way to receive this value back. This is terrible business from the owner of Dome Spa Retreat, who should have at least notified customers about the current situation.
Absolutely love spending time at the Dome Spa, the service is excellent and I adore the lovely Louanne who meets and greets. Highly recommend.
My husband and I visited just before Christmas for a massage. From the moment we walked in the door the experience was wonderful, from the welcome greeting and robes, to the lovely waiting room and professional therapists. We both thoroughly enjoyed our massages and my husband, in particular who rarely has a massage, is still talking about how good it was! My 8 year old daughter also had a mani-pedi and the ladies made her feel like a princess! Highly recommend for a relaxing experience.
Phone disconnected .... email address bouncing .... and no response to online requests .... 180$ voucher worthless. Website says its open, but there is no communication, an no way to contact.
Very sad to see when the place declines by the time. Once Dome spa was best in down- yes, 10 years ago. It used to be *The luxury spa = Marriott Brisbane* now it is all faded and dusted. Unfortunately, ones who gave me a good review went here at least 5 years ago.... yes, it used to be good! But now the spa program, amenities & price.. it is all stuck in 2008.
