Update: modified my original review. The attorney reached out to me and apologized for the mistake. He was incredibly kind and I can tell he and his team genuinely care about their clients. Original review: Spoke with the intake coordinator for 1h+ and shared additional documents with their team via email. I never heard anything back, which is frustrating given how stressful these situations already are.
