On the 26/10/2025 I attended a booked free whisky launch event hosted by the wonderful Andreas the wine, gin and whiskey maker! I am not normally a whisky drinker but I was impressed especially the butterscotch whisky (rare) beautiful balance and taste! The blood orange gin impressed too. The wines (4 - 2 white 2 red) were impressive with excellent fruitiness and balance. All was free. Including Asian finger food and help yourself to whatever you wanted. What a generous cellar door. We visited on our way out of Heathcote and we were interested in some of the unusual varietals that this winery produces. Henni served us and was so generous. There was no wine tasting fee and it seemed every wine was available to taste even though I could only taste a couple we did purchase two bottles. The quality of the wine produced by Andreas is excellent.
Fantastic experience, Andreas took us through all his wines and spirits with passion and knowledge. Delicious wines and gins. A must visit.
Really fantastic winery and distillery. Made our visit mid week and we were the only ones there. Spent an hour getting the full tour, so much to try. Very good chat and even better tastings. Much better experience than some of the bigger wineries. Standouts were the reserve Grenache, Shiraz gin and the Limoncello creama.
Beautiful wines and the friendliest hosts. Thanks so much. This was our 2nd visit but definitely not our last.
