Terrible Quality, expensive prices and no customer service. If that is how you wish to shop, have a it. Spending a lot of money in that establishment entitles you to be treated as if you are an idiot.
Angry confrontational people. Especially the older mousy brown haired lady. Sh es more interested in making points and challenging customers on arbitrary points then sticking to selling furniture. Whatever happened to the concept: be nice to your customers? Additionally, the most overpriced store yet. If you have to explain for 15 minutes how a chair is made, then it s probably way overpriced... and it was. A standard recliner without any electronics: \$4995.00? The 5 star review below is by the owner s brother.
