Workshop staff very helpful and down-to-earth, however sales rep will not have bar from any low-profit clientele looking to top off on consumables / needing mechanical assistance / not likely to buy a new $$$ electric bike. Prepare for outwardly rude treatment if it is judged that you cannot be milked for money.
