These people are amazing and efficient and really care about their clients, I am currently part of a class action suit that has a ton of people involved and even so, they continue to keep me in the loop, informed, and updated regularly. Carlos was very unprofessional and extremely pushy. I was dealing with Hurricane Milton and telling him that I needed some time to prep for it as I was in a flood zone. He was very rude and extremely pushy. He was cold and only wanted me to sign the papers. Carlos did not car about me as a customer or even as a basic human being. If Carlos is still there, you need to keep a close watch on him and how he treats his customers if he doesn't get what he wants in that exact moment.
