The booking process was extremely easy. Stacy made the process easy, quick, and was very friendly. The night of my charter arrived and the bus was promptly outside the meeting location at 8pm. I instructed my guests to get on the bus while I made the payment. Everything went fine until I was paying with card and my driver Marco made various comments about tipping him 500 dollars. So Dolly’s seems to really be lacking lately. I mean, you see their buses broke down more than any other company. Also, look at the photo of this bus leaking oil all over. I get a little oil leak, but this much oil in a short time idling is absolutely crazy. This should not be on the road! These buses lack maintenance and this company is……not one you should consider.

Everyone had a great time on the bus, we had to reschedule the event and Stacy was so easy to work with and very understanding.

🚨🚨🚨 UPDATE 🚨🚨🚨 The manager reached out to me and was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged my concerns and understood my frustration. She spoke with the driver, she reached out to the party goers and reminded them of proper “party bus etiquette” but she also offered to cover car wash expenses. I was very impressed and grateful with the level of professionalism. Thank you Stacy!
