So Dolly’s seems to really be lacking lately. I mean, you see their buses broke down more than any other company. Also, look at the photo of this bus leaking oil all over. I get a little oil leak, but this much oil in a short time idling is absolutely crazy. This should not be on the road! These buses lack maintenance and this company is……not one you should consider.

Everyone had a great time on the bus, we had to reschedule the event and Stacy was so easy to work with and very understanding.

🚨🚨🚨 UPDATE 🚨🚨🚨 The manager reached out to me and was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged my concerns and understood my frustration. She spoke with the driver, she reached out to the party goers and reminded them of proper “party bus etiquette” but she also offered to cover car wash expenses. I was very impressed and grateful with the level of professionalism. Thank you Stacy! Wish I could give a zero! You left my daughter and son in law stranded with their wedding party at a bar on 8/24/2024. We had to scramble and get vans to pick them up our selves. Your party bus need to be retired. It is the biggest piece of junk I have ever been on. No A/C. It was like an oven on the bus. You better not even try to charge my daughter’s card and full refund of deposit is expected. Terrible that you would even have that bus in service. The worst!
