Worst transport. They don’t care if someone is on oxygen and will make them wait and keep sending their drivers on other drives. When you ask how long it will be, they have no answer and are rude.
I had a third party payer -(business account) schedule my travel the morning. The driver called and let me know he would be there in 5 minutes and I acknowledged that via phone. Upon meeting the cab outside the Driver demanded to know how I was going to make payment. I said it was paid by the business and scheduled by them. He said it wasn’t true and started raising his voice and waving his clip board in the air that I need to make payment.
