Worst service ever. Can't get a call nor email returned. Been trying to get my 2021 tax return for months. Myself and wife have called and emailed over 27 times. No call back or email returned. Complete joke I promise. If I could give them a zero I would. They screwed me good. They had no problem cashing my check. Called the local Police Department and was told Tax service was being evicted.
Last year my husband and I had a good experience with John so decided to use them again. John suggested we used the drop off service for taxes the next year. So that's what we decided to do this year, figured it was more convenient. Man was I wrong. I dropped off my paperwork beginning of February. I was told she'll get to my taxes in about a week. Do not use this service. They don't return emails or phone calls. They had my documents since the end of January and never completed my forms. I reached out to them a couple of weeks prior to Tax day on their FB page. They told me to call them on a certain day and I did. I was told they would call me back the next day and I never received a call back. I had to run out and buy Turbo Tax to complete my taxes. I'm still dealing with an open issue from my 2020 Tax that John worked on the prior year. NEVER AGAIN! Take my advice p... read more
I am very disappointed. They have had my info since end of January. I was working nicely with John and even provided him some additional info needed to file with a different status. For the last 6 weeks I have had 2 conversations with them. Only one - with Holly - went well and I thought they would be done with them soon. That was 4 weeks ago. Now there is no answer when I call.
