Customer service today was absolutely atrocious. Great shop with good products and usually friendly staff who go out of their way to help, but the 2 females on today wow!!!. Maybe a suggestion they need training in a change to attitude, smile and be friendly cause what's sold on their shift is what is paying their wage!!!. Makes me un certain to ever want to go in the shop again. If I ever see them on I will be leaving. First I asked if the special was still on possibly for 5 balls of wool $10 was still on from a few weeks a... read more

Abusive and rude employees
The staff in this shop could not have been more helpful. I was after a particular craft glue and Jo the store assistant went out if her way to help me find what I needed.. thanks again Jo..
The girls were amazing at helping me get my daughter’s birthday balloons ready! She absolutely loved them and they are still going strong 5 days later! Thanks for being so great and we will be back for sure!
