They have a display of flags outside the store and I really wanted to buy a Canadian and Honduran flag that caught my attention and was prepared to buy them. As I'm pulling the flagsticks out of a display that looks like it is refreshed now and then, the cashier barks 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING' and I say I'm going to buy the flags, and she says 'DON'T TOUCH IT THAT'S FOR DISPLAY ONLY DON'T MESS IT UP!'. Prices are much higher than a dollar, better selection at the actual dollar store
beware of the Dollar World store the lady sold me a bag of chips and refused to exchange or give me my money back because they were expired, mind you I work here in Gurnee mills mall and see her everyday, we had a whole argument and she even denied I bought them there when I was just there a few minutes before, not to mention she charges an illegal $5 minimum on the credit card machine, in the state of Illinois it is against the law to charge a minimum on a card reader! Absolutely AMAZING DOLLAR STORE! ! ! Everything you can imagine and much, Much MORE! ! ! I drive 20 miles for the last 10 years to get the best deals for all and any occasion. Christmas shopping for my kids, family and friends done in 1 stop, even those people for whom it's hard to find a gift! They treat their customers poorly. They are very rude, and don’t let you touch anything unless you buy it. DO NOT GO HERE. Also overpriced for a dollar store. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
