Rude staff
Owners are lovely, friendly people. Always helpful
Staff definitely need training around laws and discrimination. I tried to enter the store with my certified assistant dog behaving as he should and was denied. He wasn’t wearing his vest as that is not legally required. I showed the worker his certification and was told he can’t come in unless wearing his vest. Which is not true and illegal. Very disappointed

Just thought I would let you know not everybody can read. If you can not get a refund on dress up clothes the casher should tell you before you buy it. The fancy dress was way too small and all the checkout man would say was the sign says no refunds. I was to imbarest to tell him I could not read. I will NOT be shopping their again and I will tell people. This isn't about the money it's the way he made me feel. PS I had help writing this.
