I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store, and the biggest issue was the owner’s behavior. He was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I spoke to him. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to help, he spoke to me with attitude and made me feel like I was a burden just for asking a simple question. most disgusting experience i have ever had in my life, i had here . i walk in with my family who all had bags from shopping at coles, they walk in first and i was right behind them following . i get stopped and told to leave my bag at the front , even telling me to read the sign that onky says i have to let them check bags when i leave. the sign did not say i have to leave my bag at the front. my parents and siblings who also had bags were allowed to go in with there bags with nothing being said to them.
