What happened to that once beautiful, clean organized store? Went to this location a few times in the past few months and it is a disaster. No employees working the floor, uboats full of boxes in the way. Nothing tidy and areas need to be filled. WASH the FLOOR! So disappointed. I know its costly to run a business but Dollar Tree is huge in the USA. Dont tell me your stores look this store. You would make more money if you filled and cleaned it up.
Worst experience very slow people
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They gave us a helium balloon without any bag, and when we asked for a bag to carry it, they wanted to charge us extra for it. Very disappointing customer service and an unpleasant experience.
The store is always busy and there are often rowdy/rude customers who will push and shove you to get what they want. I understand that isn't the staff's fault, but I think they would benefit from hiring some security. The store always seems understaffed as well, often just one person working in the store. Also they have their Christmas stuff out on October 5 and almost no Halloween items. Disappointing.
