I went into the store at this location to buy something and they told me I couldn't bring a bag in. That wasn't a problem, but knowing I had to leave my bag on the floor with no supervision and nothing I would be held responsible for the loss of this item or what was inside. I asked the staff, but their response was laughter and mockery ...
Absolutely fantastic Love it
This is just to share my experience on Sept 22 around 6pm. One particular employee was very rude -older lady short light hair. Didn’t want to argue with her further since it’s just a waste of time, but I noticed other customers nearby were shaking their heads on her too. One customer even came up to me later on, laughing at how rude and ridiculous that employee was lol On the flip side, the long haired lady & asian lady were pleasant!
I have been to this Dollar Tree many times, but unfortunately, I haven’t had a good experience with the customer service. Some cashiers are not friendly, and sometimes even a simple greeting is not answered. I hope the staff can be more welcoming and respectful to customers. A little kindness can make a big difference.
