I boughted a new backpack for my kids when I returned my stuff they are told me. I don’t have a policy to return your stuff and refund your money’s Unfortunately the Dollar store makes a policy not Canadian Government
The regular employees at counter were not around yesterday. They were pleasant and welcoming. Miss them
Came here on a Sunday. They say they’re open at nine. The doors are still closed. There’s no warning, signs or anything doors are still closed and it’s after nine
Ingrid is a great cashier, she had amazing customer service. Would definitely come back again!
If I could zero star I would. I visited this store today Oct 29,2024 around 5pm and cashier was so disrespectful and rude.my daughter asked her question three times but she did not replied and pretended to not listen to her. She was so unprofessional. They need to get training better in customer service. Cashier was lady with blond short hair with bangs age between 45-55. Management needs to take action because for sure I am not coming back again.
