Every single time I have been here, the workers have been rude rude rude. I was at the balloon register for at least 15 minutes, with employees walking around, past me, and not one of them offered to help. I asked one of the employees "Excuse me?" because her back was to me and she replied "What do you want?!" very rudely and in front of other customers. Basically customer service sucks, and I dont intend on going back there again. You shouldnt either.
