I shopped at the Dollar Tree in Livermore (4502 Las PositosAve.) frequently. However, when I wanted to exchange some seasonal items I was told that they could not exchange them because they are "seasonal". NO WHERE in the store or on the receipt does it say that you cannot exchange seasonal items! On the bottom of their receipt it states "we will gladly exchange any unopened item with the original receipt". I was told that, at best, they would give me 50% because they will have to mark down the items, no one will buy them a... read more
