I went to the Dollar Tree store in Crystal Lake, IL to do a return (wrapping paper, bows, and ribbons). Instead of issuing me a cash refund, cashier "Jamie" charged me for everything. I asked her "where is my cash?", she didn't really know what to do. Then the store manager came by and told me that they will only do exchanges for returned items. Why didn't Jamie tell me that?
