Bought a cat tower a little while back from here and came home to the realisation that it was put together so dodgy that it basically just fell apart. Waste of $160 . Ripped off. The man working there pretty sure it was the owner, offers the worst customer service i have ever experienced too. OWNER IS REALLY RUDE. It you want value for your money and not to be treated so poorly. Shop anywhere else.
Disappointed. My partner and children went into the store for party needs. The toys placed strategically at the front desk to lure kids to ask for it etc is already bad enough.. but after my 3 year old gave into this temptation with a ball that was packed into dodgy packaging broke.. saying to my wife/child this needs to be purchased is awful customer service.
That’s a bit ridiculous showing prams…. Honestly get so shocked by this and find it rude as!!! Never shopping there again!
Great store with excellent variety and good pricing. Owners and staff are always really lovely and very helpful.
