The tone in which the lady working spoke to my 3 year old was unacceptable. My daughter was trying to pick out a balloon for her grandfathers birthday and instead left the store feeling like she did something wrong. There are no signs saying you can touch a balloon you intended to purchase. This foul woman should not be working with the general public and this store lost business today because of it. We will not be back
This dollar store is very convenient and offers a decent selection of items. Closest place for helium balloons and the staff always does a good job making the excess string look presentable.
The new owners are super nice, very friendly and helpful! Everything is very reasonably priced. The perfect place for when you need something in a pinch, but I would also highly recommend going in for a quick look-see; I can guarantee they’ll have something you need at a very competitive price. Will be coming back regularly for sure
I am leaving a one-star review for this dollar store because the experience I had as a customer was both surprising and unacceptable. When visiting any retail store, especially one where items are openly displayed with visible price tags, customers reasonably expect to be able to pick up products to examine them. I got my balloons from here, the owner is patient and flexible when it came to my order and timing. My child will always leave her store with a smile because she goes above and beyond for her customers. The store is always tidy and will have what you need
