Poor experience as a personal representative of an estate. They ask for a ton of paperwork to close the account (understandable), but then after you give them all of the paperwork they tell you they need more. Why not just be up front about what's required? Why the run around?
They lowered they're High Yield Savings Rate this month, April 2025, yet FOMC paused the rate decrease??? ): \ they should keep it at 4.00%.
Works great but i can’t get into it
I've had my emergency fund with dollarsavingsdirect.com for at least 15 years. They are consistently near the top payout rates (not necessarily the top, but the top payout banks seem to have teaser rates and then drop down to typical rates after less than a year). I'm very pleased with them overall.
