Bad customer service experience over all.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Dollar mis sold a toll pass and when queried they took more many from the card that the deposit was held on!! They are the most dishonest company who have no intention of resolving any issues and just pass you round in circles sending automated replies stating the same thing!!! If I could give this company 0 stars I lost definitely would!!!
Plus: good price for the car rental and free upgrade of the car (our model was sold out), no extra for drop off in another London airport. This convinced us to choose Dollar. To be definitely improved: the timing. We waited 25 min for the shuttle bus and it took 25-30 min at the desk.
