All aspects of the pickup went well. Easy transit location, friendly customer service, easy payment, car condition validation and receiving the car. Interior was well clean and car felt comfortable. Even driving in the horrible rainy, icy weather on fire day.
There should be an option for zero star worst experience ever face in rental time (I have make an reservation for car at friday 12:30 pm when i reached there executive told me that they dont have any car on them nor their customer support is helpful and i am not able to get my refund too)
Simran and his team are very efficient and amazing. Kudos to Dollar Car Rental for having such courteous and amazing folks behind the desk.
Gave me a car that didn’t have a full tank, and then proceeded to charge me for that after returning it. Go to enterprise if you can
