Simran and his team are very efficient and amazing. Kudos to Dollar Car Rental for having such courteous and amazing folks behind the desk.
Gave me a car that didn’t have a full tank, and then proceeded to charge me for that after returning it. Go to enterprise if you can
Good experience
Very bad staff. They refused to provide me a car even though I had prior booking. The excuse being that it was weekend and all the cars were rented and I was a bit late in arriving. It was a shocking experience and happened to me for the first time specially at this branch.
I had a pleasant experience. But only issues was they don’t have the car I have booked . They gave me a replacement , but it’s kind of lower version than I have booked. They should have given me usa toll pass or something which saved me some quids. As they don’t have that toll pass, I had pay full amount got toll charges everywhere and ended up paying $100 for just tolls. It would be great if they can fit the cars with USA toll pay pass or something what ever they call.
