No issues at all. All policies were clearly laid out, including insurance, refueling, and the like. If you're booking through any third party apps (Expedia, TripAdvisor, etc.) be warned that the reservations don't always line up, which can be a problem for vehicle inventory. If you do book through one of those apps, call this office before you get there to confirm the details.
Rent-A-Car Warning Be very careful if you rent a car over the internet. In December of 2015, we rented a car through Expedia to be picked up at Dollar Rent-A-Car, in the airport at Tampa Florida. We had prepaid in full, as was written on our receipt from Expedia, which they asked for and kept. They asked my husband if he wanted insurance to which he replied no; he already had extra which he arranged before we left.
