The staff were polite and prompt. I was served and taken to my rental in no time. The car is in perfect condition and everything works perfectly. The only issue was that in order to get winter tires on the car, the per day cost was almost as much as the car itself!! You kinda need them here with our unpredictable weather! Great staff; pricey extras!
